At Desert Peak, residents receive personalized onsite behavioral health services. Our comprehensive team, consisting of primary care, psychiatry, nursing, and social services, ensures individual needs are met with a patient-centered approach. We actively involve residents, families, and case management in treatment goals and care decisions. Regular evaluations track progress, aiming to transition residents to lower acuity units.
